Features & Fixes Details
Now it’s possible to filter by Created by and Last Update By in Enrollment Manager
These new options allows to filter by the user that created the enrollment and the last user that updated the enrollment.
We updated Plan Bundles to the 2.0 UI
We updated the Enrollments Manager to the 2.0 UI
While this screen has the new 2.0 UI, to view the details of an enrollment, instead of clicking the row directly the user has to use the corresponding option in the menu:
This way, the user can select and copy information from the table.
When the option is selected, the details of the enrollment will open in a new browser tab while keeping the current search and filtered table in the original tab:
We updated On Hold Queue to the 2.0 UI
We updated Renewal Notices to the 2.0 UI
We updated the Rule Manager to the 2.0 UI
We added a feature to Collect Customer Data that doesn’t finish the Enrollment process
OpsAdmin added a new feature that allows the company to collect data of any potential customer that started the web enrollment process through a particular URL. This data will be collected in two different ways; on the system, which will be accessible through a new screen, and sent to a third party service via a webhook (Zappier recommended).
Data Collection Process
To initiate the process, the customer must get to the web enrollment page through a link that contains the parameter dataCollect=1
in a link similar to
https://stormcrest.com/rates/index?zipcode=19015&customerTypeId=7&dataCollect=1.
It’s important to make clear that to use this parameter the webhook has to be configured in OpsAdmin.
Once the customer gets to the enrollment page, it will be received with the popup requesting the selection of the desired utilities.
After the customer clicks the Show Rates button, a new popup will show up requesting its name, email and phone (optional). When the Next button is clicked, the system will store the data in OpsAdmin and send it via the webhook to the third party service.
This way the data will be stored whether the user finishes the enrollment process or not.
Webhook Configuration and Data Review
To configure the webhook, the user has to enter the URL in the new Customer Data Collect WebHook URL unther the Third Party Tools category in System Setup.
This webhook should expect the following parameters:
- first_name
- last_name
- phone
At the same time, it should provide a response with the following attributes:
- status
- id
- request_id
The data collected can be seen in OpsAdmin by accessing the Customer Data Collect screen under the Call Center & Lookup menu option.
We removed some features in the Languages Manager to prevent some inconsistencies with new features
Since we added the ability to translate the document variables depending on the language of the document, we had to limit some functionality of the Languages Manager to guarantee the consistency of the data. The system no longer allows to create or delete new languages.
If the user wants to remove a language, it has to disable it by editing the language.
Added a new process to automatically update Dropped accounts to Accepted
A new automated process has been added to OpsAdmin Service. This process takes care of picking up all accounts that currently sit with a Dropped or Re-Enroll Pending Status and checks them against ESG’s Datamart Account extract. If there is no value for the Confirmed Drop Date field, the account will be updated to Accepted.
Please, contact Stormcrest Support if you want this task to be enabled.
Added a View role to Enrollments Details
Now it’s possible to open and view the details of an enrollment, without having the permission to edit the enrollment.
To accomplish this, the role group should have the View Enrollment Details role, without the Edit Enrollments role:
